Information on ticket sales

Your tickets

The easiest way to find information and book tickets is via our website.

Alternatively, you can call us on:

You can also email us with any questions or booking requests:
karten@kronbergacademy.de

If you make your booking via our website, you will receive your tickets free of charge, either
– As an email attachment to print at home, or
– As a digital/mobile ticket

A service charge of €3 per booking applies to all other bookings. Concert tickets will be posted from mid-August onwards.
Please note that for safety reasons children aged 7 or under are not allowed to sit in the gallery (even if accompanied).

Stay updated

For regular updates on our upcoming concerts and workshops at the Casals Forum, please visit our website and/or sign up to our newsletter at: www.kronbergacademy.de/newsletter

To reduce the risk of infection and keep our visitors safe, the Casals Forum has a special ventilation system that exchanges the air in the building three times per hour.

Covid-19 measures: we may need to make last-minute adjustments in line with current Covid-19 regulations. Please visit our website for information.

Public masterclasses

  • Tickets cost €10 for attending one masterclass session consisting of two consecutive classes. A day ticket for the masterclasses costs €18.
  • Tickets can be booked through our ticket office from 25 September 2022.
  • Schoolchildren, students, apprentices and young people in voluntary services (FSJ, FÖJ, BFD) will receive masterclass tickets for free, subject to proof of eligibility. These tickets can be booked in advance or collected from the ticket office, if available.

Box office, reductions and waiting list

  • Any remaining tickets for concerts will be on sale at the box office.
  • Schoolchildren, students (aged 27 or under), apprentices, young people in voluntary services (FSJ, FÖJ, BFD) and disabled persons with a disability of at least 80% will be granted a 50% reduction on the ticket price, subject to proof of eligibility. Spaces for wheelchair users are available – please call to reserve.
  • We operate a waiting list for all events, to which we would be happy to add you on request.

Travelling to concerts by public transport

Concert tickets are also valid as an RMV travel pass if they are marked “KombiTicket”. A KombiTicket can be used for second-class travel on all RMV services and across the whole RMV network on the day of the concert. For the inbound journey, it is valid up to five hours before the concert starts. For the return journey, it is valid until close of service.

Why are the concert times a little unusual?

The start times of the concerts are synchronised with the arrival times of the S4 Frankfurt–Kronberg service.

Please note that you cannot consecutively attend concerts at 19.45 and 21.15!
